Appassionata

Appassionata

hear appassionata.mp3

Clean me, Lord,

from all that grieves your heart:

from evil thoughts

and falling short,

from fears and doubts that hold me back.

Teach me, Lord,

to live daily by your word:

to seek your will,

in prayer to thrill,

to walk with you in love and faith.

Fill me, Lord,

with grace to help and cheer

to care and serve,

declare your love,

out of the fullness of my heart.

to the tune of the Andante cantabile movement of Beeethoven’s opus 57, the Appassionata.
